30 days to change your mind

A full refund within 30 days

If Nebuchadnezzar CRM is not right for your team, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment — the yearly licence and the first monthly fee. You do not need to give a reason.

Later payments

Monthly renewals and licence renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next payments, and your CRM stays open until the end of the period already paid. Where the law where you are gives you more rights, those rights apply.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your company’s name and the date of the payment, or use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you. Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles returns: the refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

Your CRM is locked when the refund is made; nothing is deleted. You can ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion.
